About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to expand our market coverage and boost our sales pipeline. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for converting marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities to help accelerate our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Set up calls, meetings, or demos between potential clients and Account Executives
  • Nurture potential clients through phone/video calls and emails 
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities in our growing database
  • Craft personalized email sequences to prospective customers
  • Work to maintain and improve CRM data integrity 


About you: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B Business Development Representative, Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar role
  • Four-year college degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Verifiable track record of success and goal attainment in a sales-oriented role
  • Highly empathetic and able to foster and nurture long term relationships with customers 


Nice to haves: 

  • Experience selling to HR leaders 
  • Experience selling software to large organizations 
  • Experience using sales software (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator)
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
